I received the Kitchen Pot Lid Storage Rack and was quite let down. The advertisement claimed it was made of aluminium and steel, but it turned out to be entirely plastic. This is not what I expected for the price I paid, and it feels very cheap and unstable. I want to return it for a refund, but the company is unresponsive to my emails and seems to lack a refund policy. I advise steering clear of this company, as the quality of their products is abysmal.
