This has been the worst online shopping experience we've ever encountered. They charged extra at the time of purchase, which PayPal refunded. The items took two months to arrive, accompanied by false tracking information and automated responses to all inquiries. Both birthdays passed, and we had to buy new gifts, only to find that one item was not what we ordered. Disgraceful service.
