Purchased a power bank which wasn’t cheap in the first place two months ago from today and, it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been in touch with their customer service a few times already and, they are very responsive but in a robotic fashion which is unhelpful! They apologise for inconvenience and they’ll say that they follow up etc but ultimately, nothing happens. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. Waiting for your choice.
