3.5 months and counting, order hasn’t arrived yet …

Purchased a power bank which wasn’t cheap in the first place two months ago from today and, it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been in touch with their customer service a few times already and, they are very responsive but in a robotic fashion which is unhelpful! They apologise for inconvenience and they’ll say that they follow up etc but ultimately, nothing happens. Not sure what possessed me to buy something from them as I’m just realising why their ratings are so low.Into month 3 and I keep emailing them and they keep calling for patience from my end!——UpdateI got an email from them during the weekend:From: xxxx xxxxDate: Sat 6 Jul 2024 at 11:55Subject: Re: ORDER #1254S43178To: xxxWe are so sorry for what happened.As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office. What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither. In this case, we have two solutions for you: 1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund. Waiting for your choice. Yours sincerely, ————please avoid them by all cost. Have started resolution via PayPal but on my first attempt, this is what they responded:OnNIS Technology Co.Ltd8 July 2024 at 12:21:28 AM ISTDear customer, Your order tracking number has been updated to LV992964935CN You can track your order at xxxx. please select the correct carrier:china-post As we checked, your item is currently on your way. We've urged the shipping company to let them urge this package. Thank you!So, they lied as they are contradicting themselves
