I received my kitchen pot lid storage rack and was extremely let down. The advertisement claimed it was made of aluminium and steel, but it turned out to be entirely plastic. This is not what I paid for; it feels cheap and unstable. I want to return it for a refund, but the support team does not respond to emails and seems to lack a refund policy! I strongly advise against this company; it's a major scam due to the poor quality of the products!
