Rented from Enterprise Georgia (Universal Rent LLC, Tbilisi Airport) for 6 days in March 2026. I paid 274.92 GEL for their "Zero Excess" full insurance on top of the base rental and CDWTP — nearly 40% of my total bill went to insurance alone.
Their website (enterprise'.'ge'/'web'/'full-insurance) promises that with full insurance you have "no financial obligations if accidents or damages incurred." Only exclusions listed: stereo, keys, plates, wheel cover.
After I returned the car, I got an email charging me 448.40 GEL for a minor rear bumper scratch. I didn't notice the scratch during the rental — it likely happened while parked. When I disputed the charge, they said my Zero Excess is voided because I didn't call to report the damage. But here's the problem: their product page says nothing about this condition. You buy coverage based on what's advertised, then get denied based on fine print you never saw.
I emailed care'AT'enterprise.com on April 9 — zero response after 9 days. The local office refused to reverse the charge.
