Same issue as all those listed here. Be warned DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered heart medication for my Dog in May. They told me the medication wasnt in stock ... “covid”, I was very understanding and actually asked my vet to send another prescription in for the next size tablet which they kindly did and called Entirely pets to ensure they received. Countless follow up calls later with promises of supervisors calling me the next day (not) I gave up on receiving anything and paid full price (and then some) to get it rushed from my vet in late May. In July (yes I’m serious) a prescription showed up from them out the blue which I notified them of and offered to return - no response (surprise). Today August I receive a collection letter for $64. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company’s lack of response and customer service.
