In the interest of balance, I should state I’ve only ever purchased from Envirofone so I can’t comment about the selling process.
This time round I was purchasing a refurbished iPad for a specific task, that didn’t need to be the most up to date, so was pleased to find ‘budget’ options circa £200.
Due to miscommunication between myself and a family member, (100% my error not envirofone!) we ended up with a duplicate order.
Envirofone responded to the initial email within an hour of sending, with no quibbles about arranging return of one of the iPads. Email confirming receipt of return within 24 hours of royal mails tracking proof of delivery, and refund within 72 hours.
Very simple process and will happily use again.
