I placed an order with this company and after a little investigation sent a message to them (8 hours later) asking about a feature that I thought was on the drone. After discovering that this was not available I cancelled the order immediately and asked for a refund.So, two days later after sending several emails with no reply they suddenly contact me and state that the drone has been sent but the tracking at this stage is not available.The customer service from a guy called Mike is terrible. I am a fool for purchasing without checking reviews - a lesson learnt. Now I can only image the pain I will go through to get my money back because if this drone does arrive I will be returning it immediately.
