Purchase accidentally went through via a Facebook ad to their website. Product (pendant magnetic orb earphones in white, black and purple) AUD$17 each, although payment in USD. After adding 2 x purple sets and 2 x black sets to the shopping cart I began checkout but decided NOT to purchase. However, the order went through and AUD$116.46 was charged to my account.So $48 shipping?? I contacted the company moments after the order went through to have it cancelled immediately but the company only answered my email many hours later AFTER shipping the order siting it too late to cancel. The amount charged in AUD was not the total that was shown during checkout in AUD prior to my trying to exit the cart and cancel. They deliberately shipped before replying so they would not have to cancel the unwanted order and lose their payment. ** NOTE these circular, magnetic earphones that hang on a lanyard around your neck are on Temu for AUD$7 with FREE shipping. So AUD$28 for four as opposed to AUD$116 for four. Look elsewhere!!
