I ordered these shoes and they were essentially given to me as a gift. I have had them for no more than one and a half to two weeks, and I would like to express my complaint, as I find it unacceptable that after such a short period of time the soles of the shoes have completely come off from the bottom, rendering the shoes completely unusable.We paid €80.00 for these shoes, and they are from the Guess brand, which is considered a reputable and high-quality brand. Despite this, after such a short time, the soles have completely detached.I have already encouraged all my friends and acquaintances never to shop from your website, as I showed them photos of the condition of the shoes. Considering the amount of money I paid, the situation is truly unacceptable.I will send you the photos via this email, and I request an immediate refund.Please contact me as soon as possible, as I would really like an explanation. I had heard very positive reviews about your company, but unfortunately, they have proven to be false.’’ This is the email I have sent you since December 22nd, and I have still not received any response. Your complete lack of interest is unacceptable. Honestly, you are a scam, and thank you for convincing me of this for the second time, as I had also submitted an initial review through ACS, to which, obviously, no one responded either.Nevertheless, thank you, because I have encouraged all my friends and even the store where I work never to purchase from you again, after showing them the photos I had already sent you via email. There is no need for any response, honestly, as it is pointless. Money wasted and terrible quality — one of the worst websites out there.Kind regards.
