Unbelievable experience meeting people I never knew on this hiking walking running three day retreat . I wasn’t going to go because of work pressure. When I got there I never gave work a second taught . Seanie and Alicia run a super buisness. I felt like I knew them always . Just totally relaxed . The food was unreal . The views from the property were amazing. Loved the pool and sauna after our days out . Thank you seanie and Alicia for showing me how to live again .
