I am filing a complaint regarding my withdrawal at Epicbet.On 21 February I requested a withdrawal of approximately 3,558 USDT. My account is fully verified (KYC completed) and I have not violated any terms.After waiting for a long period with no payout, on 09 March 2026 the casino cancelled my withdrawal and returned the funds to my balance.Immediately after this, a new withdrawal of 3,500 USDT was created and sent from my account without my authorization. I did not request this withdrawal and I do not recognize the destination wallet.Since then, support has been repeatedly telling me that they will send an email or explanation, but no explanation has been provided and my funds have not been paid to me.This situation raises serious concerns because: • My withdrawal has been delayed far beyond the stated processing time. • A withdrawal was created from my account without my request. • The casino has not provided any clear explanation.I am simply requesting the payment of my legitimate balance of 3,558 USDT or a full explanation of where my funds were sent.
