This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. For the most part, things have gone alright - but this most recent transaction of mine has been horrendous.If you need help with their customer service, GOOD LUCK. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to texts. Their voicemail is full and you can’t leave a voicemail. This isn’t just BAD customer service, it’s nonexistent. My issue has been ongoing for two entire months where my package was returned to sender and yet no correspondence has been made on their part to rectify the situation with either a refund or another package sent out.I’ve even attempted a chargeback from my bank, but Epic Vapor can apparently communicate with the bank to say the “order has been shipped.” I’ve emailed them and texted them my tracking # which clearly says “returned to sender.” Overall, this is a disappointing company. If you’re on the fence, let me help you: save your money, because it is a headache and a half if you actually need to talk to someone here. UPDATE: As of sending this review, miraculously, they replied to my email and are planning to send a replacement. I’m still leaving the 1 star because of how horrendous this 2-month experience has been. I don’t understand why ANY company would take ZERO action when an item is returned to them by USPS, nor do I understand why a phone number is posted yet no phone calls are taken.
