I jumped in and created a will without knowing what I actually needed for my situation. It turned out a will was not best for my situation, and I need to spend considerably more money using attorneys. Epic Will representatives did not question my error and informed me I could get a refund with absolutely no hassle. That was five stars for customer service and standing behind their product.My ignorance aside, I must say Epic Wills has an epic will creation process also worthy of five stars. It was so simple anyone could create a will in mere minutes. I was shocked when the results were generated. There were several pages of legal documents and instructions to properly have them notarized. A lot of work obviously went into legal research to ensure each state's legal requirements were met.I wish this world was not made so complicated with legal spiderwebs woven by lawyers, but at least there are companies like Epic Will that are trying to make them less treacherous for people without "Esquire" in their title.
