I later heard from the manager and the CEO of the manufacturer, who acknowledged that other customers had raised similar concerns. They used this as a reason to deny my request. This explanation only increased my worries, indicating an ongoing issue. I am not only dissatisfied with the product but also with how my inquiry was handled. Proper storage and strict quality checks should be a priority. I will not be returning to this outlet.
