I received a supplement from this vendor that did not meet expectations — its texture and smell were off, despite being within the freshness date. Having previously purchased this supplement from other sources, I recognized this was unusual, likely indicating storage issues in the supply chain. When I contacted the seller for a refund or exchange, my request was declined. Later, I heard from the manager and the CEO of the product's manufacturer, who acknowledged that similar complaints had been reported by other customers. They cited this as a reason to deny my request, which only increased my concerns about a recurring issue that remains unaddressed. I am unhappy with both the product and the response to my concerns. Proper storage and rigorous quality control should be a priority. I will not be returning to this vendor.
