I had a very disappointing experience with Epodex.The main reason I chose this brand was because they advertise delivery in 4 days. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The order took much longer to arrive, which created serious delays in my project planning.On top of that, the microcement bathroom kit arrived incomplete. Important components were missing, which made it impossible to continue the work as scheduled. When you buy a “kit”, you expect everything necessary to be included.This was my first time trying Epodex, and unfortunately it will also be the last. What made the situation even worse is that I used their product for a very important client project, trusting the brand’s promises.Overall, a very frustrating experience: delayed delivery and an incomplete kit. I would not recommend Epodex based on my experience.
