I am so upset, we decided to try epoxy flooring for the first time took our time watching all the videos, reading views and placing our order. Everything was going well until we put on our glossy top coat, it was hazy and not what we were expecting. We had enough to sand a patch and redo, but it still wasn't right. We emailed the company and then rang them, to find out the company had sent me the wrong mix, they had sent PU glossy resin to mix with PU MATT hardener!!! When we rang the man he said we should have got PU resin glossy and PU glossy hardener. So I checked the receipt and I had ordered it correctly, they had sent it out wrong!!!! So we now have to start from scratch, sand everything down reapply the resin, not alone has it cost time but financially I am down hundreds.
