After I bought, they called me and tried to upsell me on "premium shipping" which would have brought price up to competitors (and delivered same time as competitors). I said no. Several days later, they called and said it was "delayed by manufacturer and wouldn't be available for ~6 months" and tried to upsell me on higher end models. Meanwhile, the original sauna is STILL FOR SALE ON THEIR WEBSITE at a higher price. SCAM COMPANY AVOID.
