After complaining SmartScan s/w is faulty they spend 2 wks asking questions, like "what version are you using?". That's after being told it was downloaded from the Epson website. If they don't know what version they're pushing, there's no hope! Never providing any answers. They ask so many questions clearly designed to frustrate customers into dropping the issue. It's Epson I'm dropping!Edit: Now they want even more info!!! Check the numerous emails!! I'm wasting no more time with such an absolute shambles!
