I ordered a ink refill for my epson printer on 01-07-25 which was confirmed as sent to UPS on 02-07-25 UPS cannot trace package. Epson state that this is not their problem as they have sent item to UPS which is not legally correct!Do not use this service. Thought i was doing the right thing in buying from registered supplier but customer service useless.Well done Trust Pilot I had contact from Epson within 24hrs of posting the review and a satisfactory outcome all down to you.
