I bought a one-year license in December 2024. After my laptop had issues requiring a new motherboard, the software indicated that my license was registered on another device and I needed to deregister it first. This was impossible. I emailed support 364 days after my purchase and received a reply the next day stating my license had expired and I needed to buy a new one. This software isn't sold, it's merely rented, and the promise of a yearly warranty is misleading!
