Autocomplete had me miss out on my house number when setting up my account and placing my first order.I immediately added my house number online, wrote to their support and tried to phone them. Impossible to get past their bot, I wasn't even admitted to a waiting queue.They acknowledged my mail to their support team and offered a link to check the status of processing. Another joke: I have to log in to check, but while my login is working perfectly fine on their home page, here my login is not functioning.Now my package is in their warehouse and will be shipped to my hometown and then will go back to Norway. And there is nothing I can do about it because eqology can't be reached.Concerning the answer from eqology: All of my phone calls were on workdays between 10 am and 2 pm.After posting here I got a very quick response from Eqology. Since then communication has been functioning well and after the first shipment going back I have now received my order.
