Ordered products for USD 500. Waited 8 weeks and received nothing. Online said “processing”. When I inquired with customer service that said there was a problem with PayPal and send me to PayPal’s support. Paypal then told me that Eqology didn’t have a functioning email associated with its PayPal account. Once I told this to Eqology they told me to re-order. Which I did. And History repeated itself. It was even the exact same customer service rep Philip who behaved like he had never heard of my case. And once I forwarded the entire email conversation of the last incidence they never replied. I’m still waiting for my money. Stay away!
