Absolute joke , I booked a repair to a leaking gas boiler in rented flat on 17.11.2025 , the boiler keeps leaking water on my counter tops . The engineer turned on the day hours late , took a look and advised that because I had dried the counter top he was unable to trace the leak . He further advised that the next time it happened I was to report it as a emergency repair and not to wipe up the leak . I followed the instructions and reported the emergency repair today 6.12.2025 at 10.41 am , the repair was booked for that day between 11am - 14.00pm , the engineer failed to turn up . I Rang Eqans back at 14.35pm and had to explain myself all over again, they had no record of the call I made this morning , so sneakingly re-booked the appointment for later on 12.2025 later on 14.00pm -17.00pm , this for an emergency repair for the gas boiler! Absolutely disgusting service . Complete waste of my time and day.
