Our tablets not being the most up to date, the normal means of communication via email were not possible. Add on the lack of an efficient postal services here and the procedure probably took longer than normal. Our case manager, Leah Wright, was as efficient as she could be under the circumstances. She did all she could to keep us informed and the procedure was successfully concluded.
