To describe the service as bad is generous as its actually appalling!! Call them and get the standard " we don't employ enough people to answer the phone so you may have to wait 30mins" Then when they do answer the phone it's a call centre in India and they can't understand you and you can't understand them! They are also pretty incompetent and you will waste so much time before just giving up!!! Useless!!!
