We lost our dad on 26th February and his pension is held with Equiniti. They have been absolutely shocking to deal with and to date (it's now 22nd May) have not confirmed to my mum what her widow pension will be. Every deadline they have promised has been missed and required us to ring and chase getting passed from pillar to post with still no firm answer. It has made an extremely distressing time in our lives even more stressful. I will be escalating our complaint to the ombudsman.
