We used to brew our own Kombucha commercially until illness forced us to cease trading. Our Kombucha was good and we won a lot of awards, however, it was not as good as Equinox Kombucha. Equinox produce a clean, tasty Kombucha and it is perfectly carbonated. As far as other Kombuchas are concerned I believe that Equinox Kombucha is by far superior to anything else.
