Appalling customer service. They simple don’t reply to anything at all. Zero contact. Zero help. Do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. So disappointing. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back as I’ve never received the goods as they simply won’t refund me my money. Dreadful firm. Avoid at all costs. Edit: Why would I contact them again after being ignored 4-5 times?? I had my refund after reporting to my credit card company for no other reason than that
