I opened my account last year December, I requested for a withdrawal which was processed however ever was rejected by my bank because they only take transfers from sepa regions only , it’s been over 1 month now and money has still not returned to my equity account. I keep messaging back office and they keep repeating and forwarding same email to me without taking a look at previous messages to gather context first . If transfers take 3- 5 working days and it’s over a month and I have still not received that should tell you something is wrong right ? But instead they keep forwarding same template to me saying it has been processed from their end etc . For God’s sake , how long does it take a transfer reversal to hit the sending account back. I need my funds to be credited back into my equity account. It’s been weeks now over 1 month and we just going round and round . I don’t know where my funds are, support is not being helpful either .
