Once again, I find myself extremely frustrated with the service. I have made multiple attempts to withdraw funds from my account. I tried to withdraw $900, and after waiting 20 days, I realized I was hitting a dead end. Their live chat is just a bot providing the same unhelpful information every time I reach out. The customer support phone number is a mobile line that is unreachable. I see some users giving positive ratings, but I can only assume they haven't tried to withdraw funds. I currently have another withdrawal pending; I thought lowering the amount might help, but it has now been 14 days since I submitted my request, and I have received no response at all.
