Worst experience with EEA. I passed my challenge and KYC not happening due to their technical issues. I tried multiple times and even their customer support guide me to do kyc unfortunately it didn't happen. My contract was issued but I was not able to sign it due to kyc unverified. After verious mails their support team telling me that I'm suspicious and KYC not meet requirement fraudulent activities and they didn't issue contract and nor refund the amount.
