So basically, I got past step 2 of the challenge. After they accepted my KYC, I was waiting for the contract. Three days later, I created a ticket, and they told me I was a fraud just because there is a video of me passing my phone to someone. Even though that doesn't make any valid argument of me being a fraud. After I told their assistant, GT, he told me, "Bro, you know exactly what you did." Like, ??? And this is supposed to be a valid argument? This is hilarious.
