If I could provide a negative start rating it would be great. This is a very unprofessional and unrealizable company, the warranty company I had referred them to us unfortunately so if you are seeing this review please do not do business with them unless you want to wait a very long time for your dryer to be repair. The technician that came out did not explained what was the issue with the dryer he only mention that parts need to be order which will take about 7-10 days to arrive. I have been trying to contact them after the 10 period mark passed and all I get is their voicemail machine. I have left 3 voicemail requesting an update but no phone call has been returned. I still do not have a functioning dryer and I had to contact my warranty company to request another contractor.
