The mattress is excellent, but what really impressed me was the customer support. I ordered from abroad, and they were flexible and patient in helping me with the logistics. Their responses were quick and friendly. Overall, it was a delightful experience. The mattress arrived promptly, was easy to set up, and is very comfortable so far (only 2 days in, but all is well!).
