I thought it'd be prudent to leave a review after our experience with Ergoflex. From finding them online to purchase to delivery, I have nothing bad to say at all. A very seamless interaction. We've since returned our mattress for a refund, as we personally didn't get on with it - for us personally, it was too firm. This is not to say that the mattress was of any poor quality or anything, we simply didn't get on with the mattress. When we contacted Ergoflex to initiate a refund, the process was also without fault, smooth and easy with great communication. We were also offered an extension of our trial period, but this would have been pointless, as we went abroad at the time. My own personal rating would give the mattress a firmness of 7/10. To the right person that prefers a mattress on the firmer side, this would be an excellent choice, however I do understand this is subjective from person to person. I hope this helps anyone looking for a good company and suitable mattress.
