Received a chair that was faulty, couldn't be assembled fully. Poor communication from ergonix meant it took almost 2 weeks to get a response to replace the faulty part and by that time I decided to go with another brand. Still can't return, they're incapable of arranging a courier for collection. Don't recommend it.EDIT: After this review I got a call from the company.I've been refunded in full and courier pickup was rearranged. In the end I'm happy with the outcome but you have to improve your customer support response rates and attention to detail. 4 starts because I was unable to test the product.
