Windows and doors installed just over 12 months ago. Paid a very large sum to have whole done,Problems with the standard of fitting from the outset. Sloppy workmanship which was evidenced to ERG via photos Various people been out on numerous occasions to resolve such as the majority of windows jamming, water coming through gap at bottom of door, fitting a piece of plastic that had a hole in it and tried to cover with mastic!Requested phone contact from management which had never been forthcoming. Today reported another issue with a window that will not open.To say I am disappointed is an understatement. To date they have sent someone to rectify issues which I’m thankful for, however I have never had windows fitted by a company where there continues to be ongoing issues, this is more than teething issuesMy experience of ERG has been awful from poor standard of fitting and distinct lack of management contact.
