Excellent customer service from initial sales contact and survey to installation. All the ERG staff we had contact with seemed to understand the needs of the customer which made everything straightforward and a pleasant experience. In particular, Neil, the installer, is commended for his attitude, his quick and efficient completion of the job, his attention to detail and his pleasant and friendly way of dealing with his customers. We felt that he went the extra mile to ensure that he left no mess and even helped to replace blinds that we had taken down. Although still very new, the windows appear to be very good quality and we look forward to many years of trouble free glazing. We would certainly recommend ERG to others.
