We had two sets of patio doors, a back door and a window replaced a few months ago. They have all been subjected to full-on Fort William storm weather so this review covers performance too.From start to finish ERG have been first class. The initial consultation was very informative without any sales pressure and we felt confident with the company and their history. Once the price was agreed a detailed survey was conducted and our new doors and window were installed slightly ahead of the anticipated date.Throughout the process ERG staff were always courteous and friendly and the attention to detail on the product and installation is second to none.Our home is noticeably warmer and the performance of the installation easily handled all the storms threw at it. The after sales service is excellent and it is uncommon to find a company who will go the extra mile + should that be needed.I would recommend ERG to anyone who needs windows and doors.
