Ordered triple mirrored wardrobe doors in white finish. Finally delivered only to discover they were gold finish. They admitted their mistake and collected them. Minimal apology and no offer of compensation for our additional wait. I contacted ERG customer services and made formal complaint. No response. I contacted them again and queried the lack of response plus stated that we should be compensated. Called them today to get an update. Apparently they received them last week but couldn’t give a date for delivery. After all this waiting the response is shocking. Not a great experience.
