I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent order. One of the earrings I paid for was missing from the package. I contacted you and was told a replacement would be sent, but I have not received it, nor have I had any updates since.In addition, the gift included in my order arrived damaged, which is unacceptable.As a paying customer, I expect to receive the products I purchased in full and in good condition. This situation has caused unnecessary delay and frustration. It has been already a week and my replacement for the missing earring and the damaged “gift” were not event sent .
