Paid £852 upfront for will work. Months of chasing, missed deadlines, and nothing delivered.We made a formal complaint on 20 Jan 2026 to Matthew Large and were promised a substantive response by 9 Feb 2026.Another deadline they set themselves and missed, despite us following their official complaints process via their Dispute Resolution Department.This followed a recent bereavement and the lack of compassion and communication has been, and continues to be, distressing and harmful.Avoid at all costs.
