My order was sent to the wrong shipping address. I notified the support team, and they assured me they would resolve the issue or issue a refund. Neither occurred, and now I receive no responses to my emails. I strongly advise against using this service. They made false promises, and I've lost a significant amount of money. I'm extremely disappointed and feel deceived.
