My order was sent to the wrong address. I contacted the support team, and they assured me they would resolve the issue or issue a refund. Unfortunately, that never occurred, and now I'm not getting any responses to my emails. I strongly advise against using this service. They made false promises, and I've lost a significant amount of money. I'm extremely disappointed and feel deceived.
