I took the Workday Spend Management Suite training which covered Procurement, Inventory, Strategic Sourcing, and how it integrates with Finance and HCM. It also included Supplier Workbench, E-Supplier Connections, and integration concepts. The training helped me understand end-to-end configuration, business processes, and real-time implementation scenarios.
The way Workday designed the Spend Management modules makes procurement and inventory implementations structured and easier to manage when you understand the framework properly. I learned how the system connects sourcing to purchasing, receiving, supplier management, and finance postings.
Mary covered the complete bundle in depth. The training was detailed, practical, and implementation-focused. I also completed certification in the Spend Management Suite and am currently deciding between pursuing Workday Pro certification or Implementation certification. I was sponsored by a partner and successfully placed through the same partner.
It was a strong learning experience that gave me real confidence in handling Spend Management projects.
Completed the Workday HCM course with Integrations. The sessions were live and focused on hands-on configuration rather than theory. The projects covered core HCM, business processes, and basic integration scenarios, which helped in understanding how things work in real environments. Support was provided for interviews and certification guidance. Overall, it was a practical learning experience.
I took the workday extend training and I got workday pro certtification. Although no one teachea Workday extend, because of partner collaboration and partners network placemsnt, I received an excellent training and got Practical experience in developing apps. The Workday integration course provided comprehensive coverage of reporting and core HCM, resulting in my certification after consulting with partners. I am now working on a project in Toronto for a partner in Canada and can work remotely from any location in my time zone. I am thankful for this outstanding training, mentorship, and practical experience.
I enrolled in the Workday Integration course hoping to enhance my skills and secure a job. Unfortunately, the outdated videos and underqualified instructors left much to be desired. The practical labs were merely copy-paste exercises with no real understanding of Workday APIs. I struggled to grasp fundamental concepts, and now I lack the experience recruiters are looking for, rendering this course a waste of time for me.
The Workday Recruiting course was extremely disappointing. The instructor avoided crucial topics and assured us we wouldn’t need them, only for those topics to come up in my job interview, resulting in a poor performance. The study materials were just duplicated community documents, and the loss of the chat function hindered our collaboration. Attempts to get a refund were ignored, leaving me $500 out of pocket and still lacking knowledge about Workday.
I began the Workday Studio course with high hopes of advancing my skills for an internship. However, the instructor was unprepared, using outdated materials that did not align with the current system. Support responses took weeks, and I ultimately realized I could have learned from free online resources. The certification I received is not recognized by employers, leaving me in a difficult position to explain my lack of real-world skills.
I completed my training in Workday Finance and prism analytics, which was excellent and included certification. I received multiple placement offers for implementation last month and have started with my client today. I’m excited to kick off the new year with this new opportunity.
I participated in adaptive planning live training, dedicating 54 hours and still continuing. The small class size allowed for personalized attention, and I gained access to adaptive instance and Workday tenant. I am now capable of handling headcount, finance, and budget plans in Workday, and I received a certificate from the partner network, which is an added bonus.
The instructor-led Workday Adaptive Planning training was disappointing and only provided a superficial overview. The teacher relied on flawed demos, and key functions were inadequately explained. The certification felt meaningless, and I regret the money spent. I advise prospective students to consider alternative programs.
