I bought exam prep materials for a certification related to performance and goals from a provider. I consistently scored over 85% on their practice tests, yet I failed the actual exam with 45%, as the practice questions did not reflect the real exam content. The constantly changing format made effective preparation challenging. A complete, static PDF of all questions would be much more helpful for structured learning. While I appreciate the professional support and the refund, the product did not help me achieve certification.
