I acquired exam preparation materials for a certification related to performance and goals from a provider. Despite scoring above 85% on practice tests, I failed the actual exam with only 45%, as the questions did not match the real exam content. The frequently changing format made effective preparation difficult. A comprehensive, static PDF of all questions would be much more beneficial. While I appreciate the professional support and the offered refund, the product ultimately did not help me achieve certification.
