In the last 3 months we have had a problem with a pillow. We got in contact with the customer service, and they are trying all they can to not help. Every time we talk with Tempur Sealy in Spain they say they will be back soon with an answer. I'm am 100% sure that this is the way they work to try to avoid helping customers. By the way the pillow is still under guarantee. It has just been used for 1 year and 4 months.So if you want customer service buy another brand
